Biometrics brings your health and activity data from providers like Garmin into your workspace, starting with your daily energy levels (Body Battery) so that Time Blocking can nudge you when your energy is high but you are not making progress. You can view your latest energy reading, list your activity summaries with normalized metrics like heart rate and calories, and see per-day rollups of health metrics such as stress, HRV, and sleep hours. It also provides time-series data for graphing metrics like Body Battery over any date range. Additionally, you can share specific health metrics with other apps by granting or revoking consent, and list what data types are available for sharing.
